The ADC reports that there were five devotee camps last year, an increase from three, but the district administration intends to increase that number even further this year.

How to Book Ambubachi Mela 2023 Ticket Booking Online?
Due of the Covid-19 pandemic, the temple was shut down for two years, and worshippers were not permitted inside. This celebration will take place from June 22 to June 26 this year because the state has removed all limitations.
The priests are concerned that because many devotees are expected to attend the festival, Covid-19 could spread quickly and that all safety procedures could not be taken. They worry that Ambubachi might turn into a hotspot for Covid-19.
The clergymen proposed that the administration set up the massive housing colonies. The prasad would be sent to devotees’ houses via courier services, and they could worship from the comfort of their own homes.
