The Karnataka Janasevaka is a scheme that comes under the Sakala scheme which directs towards availing of government schemes at the doorstep. Karnataka Chief MinisterYediyurappamissioned to make their citizen’s life easier by this scheme.

Janasevaka Scheme 2023 Karnataka Government Book Your Slot

There are three different ways to apply for this scheme:

  1. Downloading app and apply through it.
  2. Through a call to their call centers.
  3. Through website.

Apply by Call Center:

Step 1 – The applicant can call the call center toll-free number 08044554455 and request a service of a particular department…

Step 2 – The call center executive will explain to you the details and the documents required, service fee, and other related things.

Step 3 – After the confirmation from a citizen, a slot is booked according to the availability. An OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number of citizens for the confirmation of the contact number. This OTP is acting as a token and is required to be shared with Jana Sevaka at the time of service delivery.

Step 4 – After booking confirmation, Jana Sevaka will visit the citizen’s home on the desired date and time. Now after sharing OTP with Jana Sevaka, the Jana Sevak will assist the citizen in filling the service application form after scanning the documents required to avail the service.

Step 5 – Now the citizens have to pay the service fee and department fee.

Step 6 – Then after acknowledgment via SMS will be sent on the registered mobile number of the citizen.

Step 7 – After processing of the application by the concerned department, Jana Sevaka will deliver the red service to the citizen’s home.

Karnataka Janasevaka Service Procedure via Mobile App

Step 1 – Download the mobile app of the Karnataka Janasevak Scheme from the play store or Apple store.

Step 2 – Register and log in to the Karnataka Janasevaka mobile app and click on Jana Sevaka.

This app also contains a list of services. Upon clicking the service required, service details will be displayed.

Step 3 – After confirmation, the available slots will be displayed. Citizens can book any of the available slots at their convenience. Once the slot is booked, an OTP will be sent to the city which has to be shared with Jana Sevaka at the time of service delivery.
