There are two schemes to register for this scheme:
For General Consumer Registration
- If you are a general consumer then to register you need to visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited.https://sand.ap.gov.in/.
- Now to go to registration option given in menu bar.
- There is an option of “General Consumer Registration” option from the drop-down list, click on that option.
- Now enter your mobile number and click “Send OTP” option.
- An OTP will be sent on your mobile number ,Enter the OTP send on your mobile number and click submit option.
- Now enter your Aadhaar card number and click on submit option.
- After this enter your residential address such as Name, District, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, Gramapanchayat/ Ward, Address/Door no, Landmark/Street name, Pin code and email Id.
- Click the “Next” option and tick the checkbox.
- After clicking the “register” option the applicant will be able to order sand.
For Bulk Consumer Registration
- If you are a bulk consumer then for registration you need to visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited.
- Now again go to registration option in the menu bar and click on “Bulk Consumer Registration” option from the drop-down list.
- Enter your mobile number and click “Send OTP” option.
- Enter the OTP send on your mobile number and click submit option.
- After this enter the “GST No.” of company or a firm. Now click on the option of “Get GST details” the registered address will display on the screen such as Name of the company, Trade name, Mobile number and Address (As per GST registration).
- After this enter your residential address such as Name, District, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, Gramapanchayat/ Ward, Address/Door no, Landmark/Street name, Pin code and Mail Id.
- Click the “Next” option and tick the checkbox.
- Click the “register” option.

- Go to this portal sand.ap.gov.in/guestLogin.htm.
- Now, enter your mobile number.
- Click on the option of Send OTP.
- Enter the OTP in the given field.
- Click on the login button.
- This option will be redirected to your account where you can book the sand online at any time.
How to track AP Sand Order Status Online
- We can also track our order of sand.
- Go to the official website of the department.
- Select the option of “Order Status”.
- Enter the Sand order id and click on submit.
- The order details will be displayed on the screen which containsconsumer, name, quantity,driver name, and vehicle number and delivery date.
- After the booking the Payment will be done through debit card,net banking etc.After doing the payment a receipt will be generated and send on registered mobile number.
