• Citizens of India residing in India or overseas can join the Contest provided that they attend the regional rounds at their own cost and risk. Those who do not show up for the regional rounds for any reason will be disqualified.
• Non-Indian nationals are ineligible to enter. Contestants (individuals and groups) who were awarded first or second place in any prior edition of the K-POP Event will not be considered. The vocal winner of K-POP India Contest 2020 is excluded from the current year’s competition.
• By joining the Contest, Participants grant LG and KCCI permission to document, film, photograph, record or videotape their performances, and allow them to display, publish, or distribute these works for promotional or advertising purposes.
• Organizations, associations, and other entities related to the sponsorship and organization of K-POP India Contest 2023 are barred from entering the competition.
