• Only that person are eligible who are volunteer under the ESI act at least 2 year from the period of the loss their job.
• The applicant get the unemployment insurance for the 1years and also apply for the one years.
• If the applicant is of the age 60 is provide the unemployment insurance for  2 years.

• The person who are lost their Job by any political or any other industrial action then they application will be rejected.
• From the unemployment from the retirement can not apply for the scheme.
• This scheme is for the below the age group of 59 years. Above from 60 years are not accepted for the scheme.
• If the applicant lost their job due to any criminal case then they are not accepted.
• If any person get the job in other company and apply for the scheme are not accepted.

1 company details:-

•  Federation ofcompany certificate.
• Recommendation of the directors or the concern company.
• List of the directors of the company and all the personal and address proof along with the list.
• Photocopy of the letter of the Alliance.
• Mobile number and email ID of all the directors of the company.
• Photocopy of the interaction of the board.

2 Employee details:-

• Father’s name and employee Name is required.
• Assignment letter of the employee.
• On the time of joining the job there is nominee name who is help the employee. Then name of that nominee.
• All the last declaration of the salary.
• Photocopy of Adhar Card.
• Photocopy of the PAN card number.
• And Photocopy of the bank account passbook.
