What are the strategy behind the implementation of this housing model scheme?

Mainly there are two models to be implemented for this scheme:

Model-1:In first model government is planning to utilize the existing Government funded vacant houses which will be converted into ARHCs through Public Private Partnership (PPP) or with the help of Public Agencies.

Model-2:In the second model there will be contracts for construction,operation and maintenance of these houses of ARHCs by Public/ Private Entities on their own available vacant land.
