IHGF Delhi Fair Registration 2023

The Export Promotion Council For Handicrafts is organizing the Delhi IHGF fair in Autumn and Spring. This fair is organized in Delhi twice every year. In 2023 it is the 53rd edition of the IHGF Delhi fair which is going to be held at Mart Greater Noida Delhi NCR and Expo Centre.

In this year’s handicraft trade fair, almost around 2000 exporters and manufacturers are going to represent their work related to lifestyle, fashion, textile, home, and furniture exhibitions. In this Year’s fair, The visitors will see around 300 design development over 14 product categories and very unique and creative products than usual.

And In the year 2023, the IHGF Delhi fair is scheduled to organize in April month by EPCH. From March 30 2022 till April 2023, the pre-registration for this fair is also going to start. IHGF Fair Delhi Date & Venue

IHGF fair is usually held twice a year in the autumn and spring season. The year 2023, it is going to be the 53rd edition of the IHGF fair. It is also called Asia’s largest fair of gifts and handicrafts. This fair is organized by (EPCH) Export Promotion Council For Handicrafts.

 The starting date for this fair’s registration is 13th October 2022 and the final date of registration is 3^rd April 2022. It is going to be held at India Expo Centre and Mart Greater Noida Delhi NCR.

Rules & Regulations For visitors to IHGF Fair Delhi

• The visitors who are going to visit this fair have to present their self-declaration along with their Covid -19 report on the online portal called Suvidha.
• The Covid-19 test for visitors must be taken within 72 hours.
• A certificate of Covid vaccination is a must/compulsory.
• Visitors have to maintain a physical distance from others.
• If any visitor is found infected or found to have any symptoms of Covid during a screening test then the visitor will be isolated immediately and will be taken into medical facilities.
• There is no fee charged to do the registration for this fair. Registration is totally free.

• Firstly, open the official website of IHGF Delhi Fair i.e. www.ihgfdelhifair.in.
• Then click on the option/link called “IHGF Delhi Fair registration”.
• Then in the next page, you will see the “type of buyer”  option on your screen. You have to choose from overseas buyers, domestic volume buyers, and buying sourcing consultants.
• Once you choose the buying and so Singh concert and option then you will see the pre-registration form on your screen.
• In the pre-registration form, give your name – first, middle, last name, insert your company’s name, home address, postal code, designation in the company, city, county, your landline number, your WhatsApp no., with your country code and website.
• After this, you just have to give the answers to some questions like have you ever attended EPCH organized fair before.
• After this,  just choose the option related to knowing about the fair.
• Then write the name of the wire company that you are representing. And choose the option related to your preference in product interest.
• Give your social media profiles.
• Then insert the same captcha code in the given column that you will see on your screen and at last just click on the option called “register”.

What are the hotel charges for overseas visitors to HIGF Fair in India?

• The first come first serve related terms and conditions will be provided by the hotel.
• All the visitors have to follow the covid-19 related instructions.
• The 12% of tax will be charged by the hotel for the room having rates of 1000 to 7500.
• And for above 7500 Rs. The 18% of tax will be charged.
