- Under the scheme, all the girls and boys students can get free coaching in the Medical and engineering field. And this coaching is free of cost.
- After the entrance exam government selects 50-50 students from every district. The eligible students get benefits in their higher studies.
- Students of the Haryana get free JEE or NIIT coaching and also they can provide free boarding under the scheme. The students from villages who have no facility for preparing for their exams and do not get good food get benefits from the scheme.
- The eligible students live in the allotted place by the government. Students live there and do preparation for the next exam. In which there is free boarding provided by the government.
- Also, the government provides also transport facilities to the students. Students can go out three times within a month.

- Entrance exam: the students are selected merit-based on the entrance exam and there are 225 students who get benefits under the scheme.
- Training details: after the selection of the scheme and students who want to study for the JEE and NIIT get coaching for the 2 years and do preparation for ten exams. This coaching is free of cost by the government.
