A New Scheme has been launched by the State government of Tamil Nadu. The name of this scheme is TN Temple Barbers Scheme. Under this scheme, the state government going to provide Rs.5,000 monthly aid to the barbers in the temple of the state.

The issue against this scheme has been raised by the HR CE Minister PK Sekar babu on 7th September. On his issue, he said that there should be a scheme that has been launched by the government to provide Rs.5,000 to the temple barbers. So that they can also improve their livelihood.

The motive to Launch TN Temple Barbers Scheme
The main motive to launch this scheme is to improve the livelihood of the barbers of the state. To run this scheme smoothly the state government also going to provide a total budget of Rs.10.47 Crore. Now all the barbers who work at the temples of the state by getting this amount can improve their livelihood.
But first of all, it is very important to get the Identity card which is issued by the state government to all the barbers of the state. After that, they will collect the monthly incentive of Rs.5000 from the temples where they work. Apart from that the other welfare scheme under which Rs.1,000 has been given to the Bhattacharya’s and Archana in Tamil.
