- Permanent residents of West Bengal – The persons who are the legal and permanent residents of this state will be permitted to apply for this scheme.
- Must be of the EWS category – This scheme is only for the economically weaker section of the West Bengal state.
- Must not already have permanent homes – This scheme is for the homeless people and if the applicant has his/her own home in any part of the country then he/she will be exempted from the benefits of this scheme.
- Need of a bank account –The financial aid can be transferred in the respective bank account of the beneficiary so one must have a bank account.
- Registered under Didike portal: The applicant should be registered under “Didikebolo portal”. Only those applicants will be considered for this scheme who are registered under this portal.
