This BH Series Registration of Karnataka now come into effect from 15th September 2021. But due to some reason, the Department of Transport of the state delayed this notification for the implementation.
The main motive to launch this BH Series in the state is to provide the facility seamless transfer of vehicles from one state to another state. The tag line of this scheme is One Nation, One Motor Vehicle Tax. Before the Karnataka state, Maharashtra, Odisha, and Chandigarh already implement this scheme in the state.

This BH Series registration in the Karnataka state is defense personnel, employees of the government from both central as well as the state. Under this scheme, the Motor Vehicle Tax will be levied for 2 years. This will happen in the first 15 years. After that, the tax will be levied annually.
